Gave me full satisfaction.. please make you other postings just like this one..
Dear Prithvi,
Thanks for your post. Fyi i use a guitar tone on the instrument and not Mandolin or veena. Reg the lack of "viberto", i am only trying to getto the best possible to bring out the nuances of carnatic on keyboard. I play manually and i think if you, by chance atend a live concert you might feel a better sounding on the instrument. After all the posted recordings are just from a gatget and not of Studio quality. Hope you will appreciate.
Sathya, We enjoyed listening to you play. We had a back and forth on the instrument that you are trying to emulate and the mandolin won narrowly over the veena. Is this right? I have felt that the downside of synthesized music is the lack of "vibrato" that would can get from regular instruments. Would you care to comment?
Dear Mal & Madhu 1954
Thank you for the comments will upload a video file for you to see soon.
Had the satisfaction of listening to a live concert.. thanks much,You really have handled your instrument with confidence and the result is obvious!
Thanks for posting your comments and it is very much encouraging. The krithi is Gananayakam and thalam Adi by Dikshidar.
Amazing performance! Thanks for posting.. I am aware that poornashadjam is a rare raaga, but it would have been nice if you mentioned the kruthi.. it will be useful for laypersons like me who are interested to know..
